We only collect what you give us yourself:

• Contact form: your name, email address and whatever you write in your message.
• Personal training intake form: your name, phone number, email address and the answers you fill in (such as fitness level, goal, preference and availability).
• Newsletter: your email address when you sign up for The Beyond Edit.

To answer your questions, to plan your intake and to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email or by mailing us.

Class bookings, memberships and accounts run through Bsport. For those, Bsport's own terms and privacy policy apply, which you see when you create your account.

No longer than necessary for the purpose it was given for. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties we need to provide our service, such as our website hosting and Bsport.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you. We only use what is needed for the site to work. Some parts are loaded from other services: the fonts from Google Fonts, the Instagram photos on the homepage from Instagram, and the class schedule from Bsport, which may place its own functional cookies for booking.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data, and to object to how we use it. Send your request to info@beyond-wellbeing.com and we will respond as soon as possible. Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
